Traumatic Past and Odd Behavior: Is My Cousin Having a Breakdown?

Stephanie claims her cousin Bonnie is in the midst of a mental breakdown. She says Bonnie moved in with her for a month, and everyone is walking on eggshells around her. Bonnie says her family needs to be understanding of how hard her past was and that she is trying to make it in life.
