Live at SpaceX's "StarHopper" (No Ignition, but successful test)

SpaceX is hoping to do their first tethered test of their StarShip prototype lovingly called "StarHopper" at their Boca Chica, Texas launch and test site. The duration will literally be like a second, the altitude maybe an inch. Don't expect too much here, but this is still an important step in an exciting future.
