Mina and Karen are excited to be back on Sanders Street to check out an old house they got a bargain on. The house already has great charm and plenty of curb appeal, but its large size is intimidating. The already huge project then comes with age-related issues like rotten wood, antiquated windows and many hidden treasures that are common in older houses. Can Mina and Karen return this home to its full potential?
