The Government has embarked on the most radical reforms to the National Health Service in its history.
Hospitals will be run on business lines, competing for patients. Mrs Thatcher says it will give the patients more choice. Labour warns it's paving the way for the privatisation of the NHS. The battle to win the argument among doctors, nurses and patients is now raging.
