Tiny Austin Smoked Brisket | Tiny Kitchen On The Road

They say everything is bigger in Texas. Perhaps not.

INGREDIENTS:
1-inch piece of brisket
Salt and pepper
1/2-inch piece bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon beans
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon paprika

STEPS:
1.) Sprinkle brisket with salt and pepper. Add to smoker and smoke for several hours.
2.) Prepare the beans. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until crisp.
3.) Add beans to the pan with brown sugar and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4.) Serve brisket with baked beans and slaw.
