He explains that this is a common occurrence for soldiers returning from the 20 & Back program, as they struggle to deal with a life of PTSD, night terrors and other mental health issues. Many of them are left with no understanding of the source for their struggles. Despite promises made by recruiters, it seems that the parting gifts from the secret space programs are not what anyone expected or deserve.
