Hollywood Photographer Wants Second Home In Vegas

John's been living the good life photographing actors and models in Hollywood. Now he wants to expand his business to Las Vegas. He needs room for a photography studio in order to help pay the mortgage. His biggest obstacle is what he calls his functioning OCD; He hates tiles, carpets and wants everything recently updated, and won't look at anything more than 10 years old. With a budget of just $100,000, will John be able to see the potential in a less-than-perfect home?
