Tyco is a security company that operates in security solutions and fire protection. In early 2002 they faced a massive scandal when the chairman/CEO and the CFO (Kozlowski and Swartz) were accused of stealing more than 150 million from the company. They recovered but were largely seen as a mini ‘Enron’ at the time. This was driven by individual greed as opposed to shady accounting practices.
