Terrible Birthday Present

Tesla's birthday is drawing near. Although the other Neo WWW members prepare a present for Tesla, it seems her mind is on something else. Tesla feels she should get her own birthday present herself, and begins to form a strategy. Thus incidents occur with the Asteroids of Neo WWW appearing in town practically everyday. However when Netto runs into these mysterious things and cross fuses, the Asteroids flee without doing anything. Netto and co. cannot grasp what Neo WWW is up to. What will occur on Tesla's birthday?
