INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons ramen noodles
2 tablespoons beef broth
Kimchi
1 bean sprout, sliced
1-inch scallion, chopped
1-inch square of nori
Sesame seeds
STEPS:
1.) Heat broth.
2.) Cook noodles in broth, place in bowl and top with bean sprout, kimchi, nori, scallions and sesame seeds.
