This tiny carrot cake counts as a serving of veggies... right?
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch allspice
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon shredded carrots
1/2 teaspoon quail egg
1 tablespoon cream cheese icing
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Add sugar, milk, butter, carrots and egg. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting, and pipe a carrot on top.
