Paula Díaz, a brilliant surgeon, arrives at the Valle Norte University Hospital to occupy the position of Head of the Surgery Area. A department that is determined to become one of the best in Europe, for which it will have to make some unpopular and controversial decisions that will arouse the misgivings of the staff.
