Waruda delivers a letter to Mari, initiating a correspondence between the two. Meanwhile, Hakaider exterminates the Matsuyama Post Office and replaces it with a SHADOW Post Office. Soon, the town is consumed in chaos because of the bizarre missives, including a strange love letter to Mari.
