Juria and Elle become Halloween executive committee members and plan a fun party. Tsumugi invites Princess Ring to the Halloween party being held at Paradise Academy. When she thinks it sounds fun, Princess Ring turns into a Pricon stuffed animal and heads to Paradise Academy.
