Let's Play: SimCity - Part 3 - Founding Ostfort

To make full use of the multi-city focus of SimCity 5, we found a second city: Ostfort. We do this for a few reasons. 1) We're low on power in Eversummer and I'd like to buy some from Ostfort, 2) We need a steady source of coal if we ever intend to start smelting all of the ore we're mining in Eversummer, 3) Government buildings share their bonuses across the region.
