The Sorcerer's Apprentice

D.C.I. Reid tries to overcome the continuing clash of personalities with D.I. Burnside, but finds support from the Assistant Commissioner. D.S. Roach has problems when a juvenile prisoner lies about his age, then has an epileptic fit in his cell. D.C. Carver finds himself in a conflict of loyalties: Reid wants him to finish a report, but Roach pushes him to interview his prisoner before Burnside drags him around after a suspected armed robber named Carson.
