Tiny Spam Musubi | Tiny Kitchen

A Hawaiian favorite, but make it tiny.

Ingredients:

4 slices Spam
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon mirin
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sushi rice, cooked
2 (1-inch) pieces nori, cut into 4 strips

Steps:

Heat oil in a pan and sear Spam on both sides. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Add to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Line a wooden mold with plastic wrap and fill with rice. Press down firmly. Place a slice of Spam on top of rice and press down with a piece of plastic wrap. Slice into small pieces and wrap in nori.
