Splicers
The latest teen craze is "splicing" -- incorporating animal DNA into a human body. While some kids just get cosmetic changes like cat eyes, many opt for more major transformations. Batman investigates Dr. Cuvier, the founder of splicing, and discovers his plan to kill D.A. Young before the process can be outlawed.
