At Bahar and Timur's trial, a surprising piece of evidence causes a stir. Bahar's illness, which she had kept hidden from everyone, is now out in the open. While Timur tries to shake off the dark clouds looming over Nevra, he is shaken by the revelation of the past. Nevra, on the other hand, seeks help from an unexpected source. As the entire hospital rallies behind Bahar, Evren and Timur are on the brink of a major confrontation. Meanwhile, Rüzgar brings Parla and Umay together, but they are in for a surprise as well. Bahar and Timur, on the other hand, stand at a major threshold.
