One month has passed since Bahar and Timur's risky surgery. Having fun with her loved ones at the “Hello to New Life” party, Bahar's joy is interrupted by an unpleasant event. Bahar, who is crushed under the weight of hiding a big secret from everyone, also faces difficult days at the hospital. The new chief physician, Süreyya, who is determined to change all the balances at the Peran Foundation Hospital, will give Bahar and the whole team a hard time. Aziz Uras files a complaint against Evren, whom he accuses of negligence in his parents' surgery. As Süreyya processes this complaint, Evren's past with Süreyya and Timur's plans for Bahar are revealed one by one. At the end of all this chaos, Bahar and Evren will make a move that will surprise everyone.
