Mathilde, 24 ans, éleveuse envers et contre tout
EXTRA-ORDINAIRE. Cette ferme, c'est celle de sa famille. Son arrière-grand-père était paysan, son grand-père était paysan, son père était paysan… Et ce dernier était très clair : il ne voulait pas de cette vie pour ses enfants. Mais Mathilde a surpris tout le monde. Alors étudiante pour devenir infirmière, elle a tout quitté pour reprendre l'exploitation familiale. À 24 ans, à la tête d'un élevage de 110 vaches, elle est déterminée à construire sa vie autour de cette ferme et à tordre le cou aux clichés. Notre journaliste Leïla Amrouche a passé la journée avec elle à Saint-Hilaire-Les-Places en Haute-Vienne.
