Sakura heads to school in the morning, but does not see Yukito. She notices that there is a festival and asks Syaoran whether he wants to go to the festival at Tsukimine Shrine. He agrees, much to Sakura's delight. As the lessons continue, Sakura feels sleepy again. Syaoran notices this and is worried. As Tomoyo and Sakura walk home, Sakura admits that she feels much better now and thanks Syaoran and Tomoyo for their help. As Syaoran and Sakura walks to the shrine, Sakura gives Syaoran her handmade scarf, which Syaoran shyly accepts.
The wait is over and the dust has settled over Paris. With "Nemesis," the 26th and final episode of Season 6, "Miraculous, les aventures de Ladybug et Chat Noir" has closed one of its boldest chapters to date. Season 6 premiered in France on TFOU in March 2025 and finished its French run on October 11, 2026. Across those 26 episodes, Thomas Astruc's superhero phenomenon did something few long-running animated series attempt: it changed the status quo for good. If you've just finished the finale and are still processing it, this debrief is for you.
A new cycle that took real risks
To understand why "Nemesis" lands so well, you have to remember where this season started. Season 5 ended the Agreste family arc, the storyline built around Gabriel Agreste, voiced with chilling restraint by Antoine Tomé as Hawk Moth and later Shadow Moth. Season 6 is the first season of a brand-new arc. With a new holder of the Butterfly Miraculous turning Parisians into akumatized villains, the writers had the freedom to rethink the show's formula. The premiere, "Climatiqueen," made that clear immediately, and the season kept introducing threats that felt different from the old villain-of-the-week pattern, including a wonderfully imaginative antagonist in the early episodes.
