Pesticides : attention danger
L'agriculture française est l'une des plus grosses consommatrices de produits phytosanitaires, plus couramment appelés pesticides. Ces pesticides ont commencé à être utilisés massivement après la seconde guerre mondiale pour pouvoir produire plus et nourrir tout le monde. Leur utilisation par les agriculteurs est très réglementée… Et pourtant, on retrouve des résidus de pesticides un peu partout dans la nature. Sur notre santé, ces produits peuvent aussi avoir des impacts et même provoquer des maladies graves comme des cancers. Fred part en Bretagne, dans les champs de céréales d'un agriculteur, puis à l'INRA de Rennes, où l'on mesure les effets des pesticides sur la faune aquatique dans des bassins expérimentaux. Sabine, elle, se rend chez un producteur de pomme et chez un apiculteur. Enfin Fred suit une inspection chez un grossiste en fruits et légumes avant d'aller faire analyser un échantillon dans les laboratoires de la DGCCRF.
