Un pericolo minaccia Matilde e la madre, Cesare cerca di porvi rimedio. Walter e un amico statunitense di Alex sono i testimoni prescelti degli sposi per le nozze. Marco è a Milano per presentare l'album. La crisi tra Giulio e Lucia è così profonda che decidono di separarsi ed ognuno cerca un nuovo luogo dove andare ad abitare. Mentre sono all'altare ad Eva si rompono le acque e prima che lei metta l'anello ad Alex vanno in ospedale per partorire.
