È passato circa un anno e mezzo da quando Eva ha partorito alla fine della terza stagione. Ora, alla fine delle vacanze estive, i Cesaroni assieme a tutti gli amici e parenti stanno per riunirsi alla Garbatella per partecipare al matrimonio di Cesare e Pamela. Sembrano tutti felici tranne stranamente Giulio, il quale parte per Venezia per andare a riprendere Lucia, da tempo trasferitasi lì per lavoro e della cui lontananza il Cesaroni soffriva celatamente. Gli uomini ritornano a Roma non avendola trovata a Venezia, convinti addirittura che sia scappata a Parigi con l'amante. Nel frattempo, alla Garbatella, Alice aiuta Rudi a liberarsi da una sua assillante spasimante ed Eva scopre che la fan che tormentava Marco non è altri che Carlotta, intenzionata a recuperare l’amicizia con la Cudicini.
