Omer, cornered by Yalçın, has to choose between his mother's treatment and his conscience. Hakan learns that Mediha's doctor is Yalçın and decides not to leave the square to Yalçın. Hakan and Mine quarrel over a photo that will shed light on their past. A patient relative from the past puts Ömer in a difficult situation and affects his decision about the report. Ömer's decision moves the stones. When Erol's condition gets serious, Hakan has to decide on a more difficult operation. The assistant race between Leyla, Ömer and Berk heats up. With only a few days left until the surgery, a great danger is at the door that will affect everything.
