While Hakan and his team continue to work on Erol's surgery, the Mers panic in the ED turns all plans upside down. While Hakan and Leyla stay outside, Mine and Ömer have to go into quarantine. Leyla risks her chance to be an assistant in Erol's surgery and enters the ER to treat Ömer. Meanwhile, Yalçın and his team are not sitting idle. Yalçın puts his plan into action, which will put everyone, including Erol, in great trouble.
