Ciara and Andrew arrived from Ireland to build a new life and start a family. They bought a beautiful timber cottage and had two children. Then, as Ciara was pregnant with their third baby, she found out her sister had tragically died and the couple decided to adopt their niece - meaning their family grew rapidly from four to six.

Suddenly, they need a bigger home, with an easy-to-navigate floor-plan and more bedrooms. It's a big renovation project for Neale, so should they just find something in the area nearby with Andrew? And will it have the character and feel that they love about their current home?
