Ray and Dana have been together for 30 years after meeting and marrying after just three months. They raised their two daughters in Sydney's inner-west in their dream home.

However, the couple were forced to sell that place due to the development of the West Connex tunnel, and in a panic, they bought their current home, hoping everything would work out.

But a death-defying staircase, a strange bathroom location and some issues with the flow of the lay-out mean their new place is far from ideal.

Dana wants Neale to work his magic so they can stay, but Ray is adamant that Andrew can find a better house in the area. As prices sky-rocket, Andrew really has his work cut out for him and Dana isn't going to make life easy!
