Dans la lignée des vidéos plus pédagogiques comme les phobies et la formation premiers secours, cette fois-ci on a voulu apprendre les bases du self défense !
Djihene nous a fait découvrir des techniques d’une facilité déconcertante et on a surtout abordé des sujets très sérieux comme les violences sexistes et sexuelles faites aux femmes.

Les techniques de self défense montrées dans cette vidéo ne sont à utiliser qu’en cas de danger et d’agressions.
