Comment les Égyptiens fabriquaient une momie ?

Encore aujourd’hui, quand je me balade dans les musées (enfin, quand ils sont ouverts), dès que je tombe sur une momie égyptienne, je suis bluffé par la qualité de la préservation du corps. On distingue les traits du visage, les dents, les ongles, les cheveux… Et tout ça malgré plusieurs milliers d’années passées au fond d’un tombeau ! Le corps est parvenu jusqu’à nous dans un état étonnement remarquable alors que grand-père Bernard, paix à son âme, est sans doute à moitié en bouilli au fond du cimetière du village depuis le temps… Bref ! Dans cette vidéo, on va parler de la momification, de sa signification et de la manière dont les Égyptiens s’occupaient de leurs cadavres pour leur faire traverser les millénaires.
