Dès le début de l’histoire égyptienne, les murs des tombes ont été couverts de textes en hiéroglyphes et d’images censées accompagner le défunt dans l’au-delà, et lui accorder une vie éternelle pleine de bienfaits. « On ira tous au paradis », disait l’autre, mais en est-on si sûr ? Dans cet épisode, on va s’intéresser à ces livres funéraires et au parcours du défunt dans l’autre monde, de sa mort jusqu’à son arrivée parmi les dieux et vous allez le voir… il y a du boulot !
