Baphomet - Le démon aux origines occultes

Si on me dit Baphomet, le premier truc qui me vient en tête, c'est les aventures de George Stobbart dans la série de jeux vidéo de légende "Les chevaliers de Baphomet". Mais ça, c'est probablement mon côté geek. Ou alors ça m’évoque toutes sortes de chants gutturaux et de mélopées poignantes… mais ça, c’est probablement mon côté métalleux. Plus sérieusement, Baphomet est un nom qui évoque l’imaginaire, tout simplement. Quand on l'entend, on bascule dans tout un univers mental fait de conspirations, de sociétés secrètes, de satanisme, de messes noires et de malédictions templières. Parce que oui, ce nom de Baphomet est inextricablement lié à l'histoire médiévale, et notamment aux célèbres chevaliers Templiers !
