Er hatte sich allerdings einer unsauberen Methode bedient: Er hatte das Mordopfer um eine Beurteilung darüber gebeten, wie die Mutter, Maike Gassner, mit ihrem Sohn Finn umgeht, und diese hat Maike in ein schlechtes Licht gesetzt.
