新しい宇宙船、バトルオリオンシップを手に入れたキュウレンジャー。
あとはジャークマターの本拠地の場所が正確にわかれば、突撃の準備は整う。
そのために、バランスは再びナーガの脳内へと侵入し、記憶を探る。
一方、過去からショウは帰ってきたが、チャンプの行方は未だわからない。
