While glaciers directly influence the climate, they are disappearing, as seen in Argentière, France. Glaciologists are mobilising in Peru and Austria to protect threatened communities, while whistle‑blowers and scientists propose innovative solutions to save these giants. Hugo Clément also follows the rescue expedition of Mike Horn and Børge Ousland at the North Pole, where the two explorers nearly lost their lives. Hilde and Sunniva, two volunteers, have left everything behind to live in a trapper’s cabin, where they record Arctic climate changes.
