Ali and Beliz's wedding ceremony is overshadowed by Rosa suddenly taking ill and fainting. Fazilet's declaration that Rosa is "pregnant" causes a massive shock in the family. But the truth is entirely different: Rosa is not pregnant; she has told such a lie to push Ali away from her. Under pressure from Koray, Rosa reveals the real reason for her fainting. Upon learning the truth, Koray vows to do everything in his power to cure Rosa and helps keep the illness a secret. Meanwhile, Merve faces a major crisis with her family due to an accusation made by Yiğit. On the other hand, Rosa's mother Diana shocks everyone by saying she has seen Rosa's father in Istanbul, a man they believed to have died years ago. Beliz, who suspects a relationship between Ali and Rosa, succumbs to her anger and forcibly puts Rosa in a car, driving her away from the mansion. This dangerous move brings Rosa face-to-face with death, while Ali and Koray race against time.
