After the inauguration party of Alex’s new law firm, Wilsberg witnesses Alex ’former fellow student Maike Lehmann drunk in an accident. Wilsberg helps her out of trouble and explains to the approaching police that he was behind the wheel and avoided a cyclist. Later in Maike's apartment, Maike wants to thank her rescuer, but Wilsberg rejects her advances. And the next day she suddenly finds herself accused of rape.
