At just 20 years old, Snake Boy survives a harrowing ordeal after being trafficked to Cambodia and forced into scam operations. Returning to Taiwan, he finds himself trapped once again — this time in poverty, low wages, and the hopelessness of trying to build a future for his pregnant girlfriend.
