Mocro-maffia is the name given to Moroccan mafia organizations, specialized in cocaine and synthetic drug trafficking and based in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Romano runs a huge cocaine market in Amsterdam. After an argument between Le Pape and his boss Romano, Le Pape decides to set up his own smuggling operation. Now rivals, an endless war begins.
Rein de Waard, a writer, and Matthijs, a journalist, join forces to investigate this new clan war.

The young Youssef Taheri, is excluded from his school. He becomes a dishwasher in a restaurant to support his family and thinks that robberies could bring in more money.

His uncle Adil works for Romano, preferring to keep Youssef away from the robberies, he hires him as an observer for the trafficking.
