From 1972 Brazilian Emerson Fittipaldi held the record for the youngest ever Formula one World Champion, before being eclipsed in 2005, first by Fernando Alonso then Lewis Hamilton. Racing with his brother Wilson, they became the first brothers to compete in Formula One.
