In order to cover up the lie, Shi Yan facilitates an interview between Guan Xiang Cheng and Zheng Shu Yi. Eager for the opportunity to interview Guan Xiang Cheng, Zheng Shu Yi promptly contacts Shi Yan and arranges the interview a few days later. Zheng Shu Yi prepares thoroughly for the interview with Guan Xiang Cheng and informs Tang Yi in advance, asking her to reserve the front page for her. Tang Yi is shocked that Zheng Shu Yi is able to secure this opportunity. Zheng Shu Yi and Guan Xiang Cheng have a pleasant conversation, and he invites her to stay for lunch. During lunch, through Guan Xiang Cheng, Zheng Shu Yi gains a better understanding of Shi Yan. After lunch, Shi Yan agrees to Zheng Shu Yi's request for an exclusive interview.
