Navi Car Race!

It's been decided the IPC corporation will in a car race with Navis operating unmanned cars. The drivers are Blues and Rockman. They will be opposing Saiko Rei's Team Shine. Because it's a hard fight for Saiko to work with his Navi's perfomance variation, Slur invites him to use Asteroid Flashman. Flashman uses his ability to eliminate the other vehicles and run the race, and he also divises disturbances for Rockman and Blues.
