INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp whisked egg
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup flour
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

RECIPE:
Mix milk, sugar, egg, baking powder and flour and knead into a dough. Place in a small Ziploc bag.

Heat oil, cut off tip of bag and squeeze dough into the hot oil in a circular motion. Fry until golden.

To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
