Jale V Sylvia, Daniel V Dwayne

Jale is in court claiming £2,000 for the value of a tractor which she says belonged to her but her Mother sold it without permission. Sylvia says she is entitled to sell the tractor as she and her husband owned it, therefore she owes nothing.

Daniel is claiming £1,600 owed on a car he sold to his de facto son. Defendant Dwayne says he had to prioritise financial obligations towards his family and due to Daniel's behaviour towards him he is refusing to pay for the car.
