Charlene V Allissia, Vicky V Sam

Charlene is claiming £5,000 owed on a loan to a former friend to landscape her garden. Her friend Allissia denies owing any money as she says the terms of the loan were never discussed and as they were living together, it was a gift. She is counterclaiming £1,000 for rent arrears.

Vicki is in court to claim back £1,636 for the outstanding amount owed for her former partner's funeral which she says his brother had agreed to cover. Sam admits he offered to pay but as he wasn't consulted on costs and Vicky's behaviour has affected his business he owes nothing.
