Each and every one of us is facing our own personal battles. In this video, we go through some simple ways for overcoming adversity.

1. Know Thyself - Find your purpose though Ikigai

2. Understand that there WILL be Adversity - Life is Suffering. Discomfort is Inevitable. We must face suffering voluntarily in order to give our life meaning.

3. The Obstacle is the Way - Our problems can confine and define us OR they can be stepping stones to a higher purpose.

4. Hold on to what is Good - Find the what is good in this world and hold on to that. No matter how bad things may seem, they shall pass. Nothing is permanent.

Quotes and insights in this video from: Marcus Aurelius, Winston Churchill, Socrates, Friedrich Nietzsche, Confucius and Gabor Maté
