All Time High

Brimming with optimism, Charlie returns from his Greek holiday to find the ED backed up. Teenager Manisha Nepali has just died in resus from a drug overdose, having had to wait outside for more than 40 minutes. Patients from the dock fire are still being treated and there are no beds. Morale is at an all-time low, but Charlie refuses to let this news or Dylan's bad mood dent his good one. Elsewhere, David is not coping as well as he thought
