i also wanna give meditation and thinking aloud an honorbale mention. meditation is a great way to achieve many of the things i mention in the video. i recommend talking to yourself aloud as well. it may seem a bit strange but its a great way to self soothe when feeling anxious and to clear your mind. sometimes i like to just lay down on my bed and think out loud.
