INGREDIENTS:
1 Spring onion
1/2 tbls of white wine
1/2 inch of butter
1/2 pinch of flour
2 croutons
1 pinch of grated cheese
STEPS:
1.) Cut the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and grill the onion. Add the flour and the white wine.
2.) Leave the preparation over low heat for 15 to 25 minutes.
3.) Add the 2 croutons, then the cheese. Cover and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
